Southern Miss ranked as high as No. 20 in latest baseball polls

After picking up two top 25 wins, Southern Miss has moved up in the latest baseball polls.

Southern Miss (9-3) went 2-2 this past week after dropping a midweek game to ranked Ole Miss and then winning a weekend series over No. 25 TCU. USM is now 3-2 against top 25 opponents.

Joye Lee-McNelis walked off the court at Reed Green Coliseum a winner one last time.

After 21 years of leading the Southern Miss women’s basketball program, McNelis closed out her tenure in Hattiesburg, helping lead the Lady Eagles to a final home win to conclude the regular season.
