Frank Gore Jr. signs as undrafted free agent

The Buffalo Bills signed Southern Miss running back Frank Gore Jr. as an undrafted free agent.

Cameron Wolfe of the NFL Network first reported the signing. Gore is the son of Frank Gore Sr., who is the NFL's third all-time career rusher with 16,000 yards.

Lumberton has found its next boys and girls basketball coaches.
Brennan Kuehl will take over as the girl's head coach, while Dante Durr will serve as the boy's coach.
The moves come after Jay Lofton, who led both programs, stepped down at the end of this past season.

Southern Miss coach Christian Ostrander confirmed on Wednesday that right-handed pitcher Will Armistead will miss the rest of the season.

Armistead experienced discomfort in his arm after his outing on Saturday against Louisiana-Monroe, which was later ruled to be an acute chronic tear in his UCL.
