George C. Boone, a third-generation owner and Vice-President of Hattiesburg’s C.L. Dews & Sons Foundry, died Jan. 6, 2020.
He was 73.
Boone was a founding member of the board of directors at the Forrest County Multi Purpose Building and a former board member of Forrest General Hospital.
