All of her life, Amanda Dale dreamed of owning her own restaurant. She said that she always wanted a community-centered place like the bar on Cheers, “where everybody knows your name.”
That dream became a reality in 2016 when she and her husband, Sebe Dale, opened Twisted Skillet, an Italian eatery with a southern twist.
