The family of the 16-year-old Mar-Jac employee who was recently killed at the plant during a workplace accident has filed suit against the Hattiesburg poultry plant, Onin Staffing and employees of the plant for the death of the teenager, an incident that has since been cited as preventable by federal agencies.
