Local officials, law enforcement officers, family and community members gathered on Friday for the memorial of fallen HPD officers, Benjamin “B.J.” Deen and Liquori Tate. The officers were tragically killed in the line of duty on May 9, 2015 after a traffic stop escalated into a fatal shooting.
