Judge Carol Jones Russell of Hattiesburg, the County and Youth Court Judge for Forrest County, has been selected to receive The Mississippi Bar’s Judicial Excellence Award for 2024, which will be formally presented at the organization’s Annual Meeting July 10-12 in Biloxi.
