The Forrest County Soil and Water Conservation District will celebrate Arbor Day on Thursday, February 9 at the James Lynn Cartlidge Forrest County Multi-Purpose Center. Beginning at 10 a.m. The Forrest County SWCD will distribute various types of tree seedlings to the public on a first come first service basis.
