After a couple of teams had idle weeks, Hattiesburg stayed put at No. 5 in the state, while Oak Grove dropped a spot to No. 9 in the overall AP poll.
The Warriors did stay at No. 5 in the 6A rankings, and the Tigers are still behind West Point at No. 2 in the 5A poll. In 1A, Lumberton stayed at No. 3 after an off week, and PCS dropped two spots to No. 5 in the MAIS rankings.
