Hattiesburg was the big winner in this week’s Associated Press Prep Poll, as the Tigers climbed into the Top 5 after beating previously No. 4-ranked Oak Grove.
The Warriors dropped to No. 8 in the overall poll, and No. 5 in the 6A poll, while Hattiesburg stayed put behind West Point in 5A, which is the No. 1 team in the state.
Both Lumberton in 1A and PCS in Private Schools stayed at No. 3 in its respective polls, too.
