TO: AMARYLLIS ELIZABETH McGILL, the natural mother of the minor children named in the Petition filed herein whose present resident and post office and street address are unknown after the exercise of reasonable diligence to locate same.
You are hereby summoned and commanded to personally appear before the Chancery Court of Lamar County, Mississippi, meeting in Courtroom 2 of the Forrest County Chancery Court Building in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, on the 18th day of June, A.D., 2020, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. to respond to a Petition to Establish Limited Conservatorship and to Authorize Settlement of Doubtful Claims of Minors and show cause why the relief sought and prayed for in said petition should not be granted.
