Tommy L. Morea, 85, of Petal, Mississippi, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2026.
He was born on December 22, 1940, in Prentiss, Mississippi. Tommy spent much of his life working in the moving business, where he became known as a dependable and hardworking man. He will be remembered for his kind heart, his quick wit, and his love for laughter.
Tommy enjoyed attending church and especially loved gospel music and concerts, which brought him great joy throughout his life.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Rossie Morea; his sons, Jeff Morea and wife Michelle, Mark Morea; and his sister, Ann Kreidler. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren: Addison Morea and husband Josh Seidel, Makenzie Morea, Lauren Morea, Tommy Lee Morea, and Chase Morea; one great-grandchild, Tommie Joe Morea; along with numerous nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Morea; his mother, Lois Humphrey; his sisters, Dean Jackson, Mildred Keller, and Patricia Crays; and his brother, David Humphrey.
A celebration of his life will be held on April 25 at 11:00 a.m. at Rivers of Life Church 1425 Carterville Road, Petal, Mississippi.
