Jimmie Dale Odom, one of Forrest County’s most prominent land owners, has once again come before the Petal Board of Aldermen regarding the need to make improvements to one of his properties, this time for the need to address “illegal dump site and junk/debris” on parcels off U.S. 11 in Petal.
