Deborah Delgado, who represents Ward 2 on Hattiesburg City Council, is hoping to see some improvements in the near future to Edwards Street, a main Hattiesburg thoroughfare that connects U.S. 49 to Old Highway 49 near the Hattiesburg Public Safety Complex.
