The Petal Board of Aldermen voted Tuesday to allow access to city venues to Nicoli Hutchinson, who hopes to introduce a new music program to the city.
Hutchinson presented to the board on Tuesday his plan for implementing a program, which will offer piano lessons for seniors to help fight Alzheimer’s.
