Boubacar Boris Diop’s “Murambi: The Book of Bones” is a fictional account of a massacre during the Rwandan genocide in 1994. During the genocide, members of the Tutsi minority ethnic group – approximately 600,000, according to scholars – were murdered by armed militias.
