Mr. Barge was a retired surveyor and a member of Court Street Methodist Church.

Genelle Owens Bell died Sept. 28, 2019. Services were Oct. 3, 2019, at Central Baptist Church with burial in Forrest Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Bell was a member of Central Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Barry L. Bell of Hattiesburg and William Darryl Bell of Purvis; one daughter, Angela Simmons of Hattiesburg; one sister, Lillian Hodges of Petal; one brother, Alvin L. Owens of Hattiesburg; five grandsons and three great-grandchildren.
Walter Kenneth Breland
91, of Wiggins
Walter Kenneth Breland died Oct. 6, 2019, at his home. Visitation will be from 9–11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 11, at Moore Funeral Home in Wiggins with services immediately following at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Fairley Cemetery.
Mr. Breland was of the Baptist faith. He served in the United States Army during World War II. He was an iron welder.
Survivors include two daughters, Sandra Smith of Wiggins and Sharon Moody of Gulfport; nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
Joyce McCarthy Craig
86, of Purvis
Joyce McCarthy Craig died Oct. 7, 2019, at her home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, at Moore Hattiesburg Chapel followed by burial in Highland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11 at Moore Funeral Home in Hattiesburg.
Mrs. Craig was a member of Petal Presbyterian Church. She graduated from Hattiesburg High School as the valedictorian in 1950. She attended Mississippi Southern College from 1950 – 1954. In 1957 she began her teaching career, first at West Ward Elementary School in Gulfport, then she taught at Hawkins Junior High School in Hattiesburg and later at Hattiesburg High School.
Survivors include one daughter, Charlotte Thurkill; three sons, Roy Glenn Craig Jr., Steven Lawrence Craig, and Richard Leslie Craig; and one brother, Lamar Cranford; 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
Howard Ezelle
58, of Hattiesburg
Howard “Peanut” Ezelle died Oct. 4, 2019. Services were Oct. 8 with burial in McLaurin Cemetery.
Survivors include his mother, Mary Hyde; his brother, Marty Headley; his step-sister, Lilian Odo.

Perley Christine Ford died Sept. 23, 2019. at her home. Graveside services were Sept. 25at Rock Hill Cemetery in Sumrall
Mrs. Ford was a member of Bay Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, James Ford Sr. of Purvis; one son, James "Pop" Ford Jr. of Purvis; two daughters, Hilda Anderson of Lumberton and Virginia "Jenny" Stephens of Purvis, MS; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Clare Belle Holder
69, of Moselle
Clara Belle Holder died Oct. 3, 2019, at Forrest General Hospital. Memorial services were Oct. 7.
Mrs. Holder was born to the Rev. Jesse and Cordelle Edwards in Columbia on June 2, 1950. She was a founding member of Living Water Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Alton Holder of Moselle; four daughters, Katie Hill and Benita Pipkins, both of Hattiesburg, Kim Romero of Lake Charles, La., and Linda Boliver of Moselle; two brothers, Allen Ray Edwards of Sandy Hook and Jesse Ralph Edwards of Tylertown; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Eldna Graham Humphries
85, of Purvis
Eldna Ray Graham Humphries died Sept. 30, 2019, in Purvis. Services were Oct. 5 at First Baptist Church of Purvis with burial in Providence Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Humphries retired as manager of F.W. Woolworth in Hattiesburg and was a member of First Baptist Church of Purvis.
Survivors include two sons, Michael Humphries of Sumrall and Dr. Tony Humphries of Columbia; one daughter, Paula Wilson of Purvis; two brothers, Vanoy Graham and Warren Graham, both of Ellisville; 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Pellerree Kirkpatrick
88, of Hattiesburg
Pellerree “Jackie” Kirkpatrick died Sept. 24 at her home. Services were Sept. 27 with burial will be in the Lucedale Magnolia Gardens.
Mrs. Kirkpatrick was a member of Grandview United Methodist Church, and retired from the George County School District after many years as a 4th grade social studies teacher. Upon retirement, she assisted her parents in the operation of Palestinian Gardens.
Survivors include her husband of 66 years, James Kirkpatrick, of Hattiesburg; her daughter, Susan K. Steadman of Hattiesburg; her son, Jim Kirkpatrick of Collierville, Tenn, and four grandchildren.
Dee Dee Stennett Koehler
86, of Moselle
Dee Dee Stennett Koehler died Sept. 30, 2019, at Jones County Rest Home in Ellisville. Services were Oct. 5 at Moselle Memorial Baptist Church with burial in Moselle Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Koehler was a homemaker. She later worked as assistant to the personnel manager at Dillard’s in northern Kentucky. She was a member of Moselle Memorial Baptist Church in Moselle.

Survivors include his mother, Kristina Nelson of Lumberton; father, Larry Nelson of Hattiesburg; brothers and sisters, Magen Mooney and Ashley Graves, both of Purvis, Lechequa Magee of Prentiss, Jurado Nelson of Laurel, Mason Graves of Lake Charles, La., and Dashanon Lewis of Hattiesburg; grandmother, Janet Susan Loftis of Purvis.

Thomas G. "Tom" Roberts died Oct. 3, 2019. Graveside services were Oct. 8 at Roseland Park Cemetery.
Mr. Roberts was a former store manager of Radio Shack and member of the Baptist faith. He was a U.S. Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Sally Roberts of Hattiesburg; two daughters and one son.
Dorothy Josephine Terrell
78, of Petal
Dorothy Josephine Terrell, formerly of Bassfield, died Oct. 5, 2019, at Bedford Care Monroe Hall in Hattiesburg. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with visitation from 10 a.m. until service. A graveside service will be held at 1:15 p.m. at St. James Catholic Church Cemetery in Bassfield.
Ms. Terrell was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Survivors include eight nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and great nephews.

Barbara Keller White died Oct. 2, 2019, at Asbury Hospice House. Services were Oct. 5 with burial in Highland Cemetery.
Mrs. White was a homemaker and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
Survivors include her three daughters, Lisa Handley and Martha Junkin, both of Hattiesburg, Mary Windham of Seminary, two brothers, D. H. Keller Jr. of Amory, Gene Keller of Starkville; sister-in-law, Belle Keller of Starkville; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
