The Pine Belt News recognizes the 2026 class of 20 Under 40. Read about Anna Marie Bonner here and see the special section publishing on January 29 to read about all of this year's honorees.
Anna Marie Bonner is now a Managing Broker for REMAX Real Estate Partners, but she began her career answering phones and filing paperwork on a part-time basis as a college student about ten years ago. Through hard work and consistent education, she now leads over 40 realtors. She says, “Since I was young, I have never wanted to complete something halfway. If I am going to be a part of something, I will do it full-heartedly and with everything I have.”
When asked about the personal qualities that aid in her success, Anna Marie says, “I am a very empathetic and understanding person. I think that this has helped me in my career because buying and selling a house can be so scary and so stressful. I naturally pick up on other people’s stress or anxiety on this and am able to help ease their minds and give them the confidence to make the best decision for them. In the same way, this helps me guide new agents in the business or even experienced agents who are looking to grow in their careers!”
In speaking about her greatest success over the last year, she says, “Being named Managing Broker this past January. I have been a big part in leadership at our office for years, but to gain the official title and fully step into this role has created a great sense of pride and accomplishment in me for all my hard work!”
Anna Marie’s toughest challenge is brought about by the best thing that has ever happened to her – her 3 young daughters. While feeling the frustration of work-family balance, she says, “I take time to soak it all in and appreciate the grace that I’m given by my family and my clients and coworkers.”
