You are hereby summoned and commanded to personally appear before the Chancery Court of Lamar County, Mississippi, meeting in the Lamar County Chancery Court Building in Purvis, Mississippi, on the 19th day of October, 2020, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. to respond to a Petition to Adjudicate the Heirs-at-Law and Next of Kin of Bertha M. Taylor, deceased, and show cause why the relief sought and prayed for in said petition should not be granted.
