You are hereby summoned and commanded to personally appear before the Chancery Court of Lamar County, Mississippi, meeting in Courtroom 3 of the Forrest County Chancery Court Building in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, on the 3rd day of September, 2020, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. to respond to a Petition to Adjudicate the Heirs-at-Law and Next of Kin of Bertha M. Taylor, deceased, and show cause why the relief sought and prayed for in said petition should not be granted.
