Letters of Administration having been granted by the Chancery Court of Lamar County, Mississippi, on the 27th day of July, A.D., 2020, to the undersigned upon the estate of Bertha M. Taylor, deceased, in Civil Action No. 37CH1:18-PR-00076, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate to present the same to the Clerk of said Court for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice to creditors. A failure to probate and register claims within said time will operate to forever bar such said claims.
