You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Mark Storm and Cheryl Storm, seeking to determine the heir-at-law of Camille Storm.
You are Summoned to appear and respond to the Petition filed in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 24th day of August, 2020, in the Courtroom of Judge Sheila Smallwood at the Forrest County Chancery Court in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and respond, a judgment will be entered granting Mark Storm and Cheryl Storm’s Petition to Determine the Heirs-at-Law of Camille Storm.
