You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you seeking a termination of parental right and adoption at 9:00 a.m. on the 10th day of August, 2020, in the Chancery Courtroom of the Forrest County Courthouse in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or things demanded in the petition.
You are not required to file an answer or any other pleading, but you may do if you desire.
