TRUSTEE`S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on the 20th day of March, 2020, Bob Rankin executed a Deed of Trust to Joshua W. Closson, Trustee for the benefit of HL&C-Lamar, LLC, a Mississippi Limited Liability Company, which said Deed of Trust is recorded in Land Trust Deed Book 1795, Page 95, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Lamar County, Mississippi.
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust and HL&C-Lamar, LLC, a Mississippi Limited Liability Company, the holder of the Note and Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned Trustee so to do, I will on the 19th day of June, 2020, offer for sale at public outcry and sell during the legal hours, between 11:00 A.M. o’clock and 4:00 P.M. o’clock, at the front door steps of the Lamar County Courthouse of Purvis, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described property lying and being situated in Lamar County, Mississippi, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
25 Ratcliff Lane, Hattiesburg, MS 39402
COMMENCE AT THE NW CORNER OF THE E ½ OF THE NE ¼ OF THE SE ¼ OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, RANGE 14 WEST, LAMAR COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI AND RUN EAST FOR 108.71 FEET TO AND FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING, FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING CONTINUE EAST FOR 100.0 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH FOR 100.0 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST FOR 100.0 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH FOR 100.0 FEET BACK TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SAID PARCEL OF LAND IS PART OF THE E ½ OF THE NE ¼ OF THE SW ¼ OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, RANGE 14 WEST, LAMAR COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI AND CONTAINS 0.23 ACRES MORE OR LESS. PPIN# 13559
I will convey only such title as vested in me as such Trustee.
