Letters Testamentary having been issued to the undersigned, Tracy Anthony Powell, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Carroll Newton Powell, Deceased, by the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Forrest County, Mississippi on March 3, 2020, in the above styled and numbered cause, notice is hereby given that all persons having claims against said Estate must probate and register said claims with the Clerk of said Court within ninety (90) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. Failure to probate and register said claims within the said ninety (90) days will forever bar the claim.
