SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on June 30, 2016, DEMETRIA PITTMAN executed a Deed of Trust to Thomas M. Matthews, III, Trustee for the benefit of JAMES H. ROBERTSON, said Deed of Trust being recorded in Deed of Trust Book 2076 at Page 0333, Instrument #750310, in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of the County of Forrest, State of Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, JAMES H. ROBERTSON, the legal holder of said Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby substituted JAY RODGERS, as Substitute Trustee, in the place and stead of the trustee named in said Deed of Trust or subsequently substituted therein, authorized by the terms thereof, with full power and authority to execute all the trusts and provisions of said Deed of Trust by instrument, recorded on the 30TH day of April 2020 in Deed of Trust Book 2281 at Page 432, Instrument #804062, in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Forrest County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the performance of conditions and stipulations as set forth in said Deed of Trust and after having been so requested to do so by JAMES H. ROBERTSON, the legal holder of the indebtedness secured and described by said Deed of Trust, notice is hereby given that I, JAY RODGERS, Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the authority conferred upon me in said Deed of Trust will offer for sale and will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash between the hours of 11:00 o'clock a.m. and 4:00 o'clock p.m., at the rear entrance, Northeast Main Door of the Paul B. Johnson Chancery Building, City of Hattiesburg, Forrest County, Mississippi on the 5th day of June, 2020, the following described property, situated in Forrest County, Mississippi, to-wit:
Lot Twenty-two (22), Block One (1) of the Frank D. Lowery Subdivision of the City of Hattiesburg, Forrest County, Mississippi, according to the official plat of said subdivision on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Forrest County, Mississippi.
Title to said property is believed to be good but I will only convey such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.
