You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Hannah R. Nichols, seeking the custody of a minor child, C.V.B., born in 2008. Defendants to this action include Monica L. Parker, David Ryan Barker, and any unknown putative father.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said complaint or petition at 11:40 A.M. on the 17th day of August, 2020, in the courtroom of the Lamar County Chancery Courthouse in Purvis, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
