NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO THOSE PARTIES IN INTEREST THAT THERE WILL BE A HEARING AUGUST 11, 2020 AT 2:00 PM IN THE BOARD ROOM IN THE PETE GAMBLE CHANCERY COURTHOUSE, 403 MAIN STREET, PURVIS, LAMAR COUNTY MISSISSIPPI, FOR THE PURPOSE OF DETERMINING WHETHER OR NOT THE ZONING OF THE DESCRIBED PROPERTY SHALL BE CHANGED FROM RE/RESIDENTIAL ESTATE TO C-1/OFFICE PARK-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES. ALSO, AT THE HEARING IT WILL BE DETERMINED WHETHER THE LAND USE CLASSIFICATION FOR THE PROPERTY ON THE LAND USE AND THOROUGHFARES PLAN SHALL BE CHANGED FROM RESIDENTIAL ESTATE TO OFFICE PARK-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.
