Letters Testamentary having been granted to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Lamar County, Mississippi, on behalf of the Estate of Judson H. Mayes, Deceased, on the 17th day of April, 2020, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against the said Estate to have their claims probated and registered by the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Lamar County, Mississippi, within ninety (90) days of the date of the first publication of this Notice, and that failure to probate and register their claims with the Clerk within that time will forever bar the claim.
