You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Megan Lee Maddox, Administrator of the Estate, seeking to determine the heirs-at-law of Deborah Ann Lee.
You are summoned to appear and respond to the Petition filed in this action at 9:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of June, 2020, in the Courtroom of Judge Deborah Gambrell at the Lamar County Chancery Court in Purvis, MS, and in case of your failure to appear and respond, a judgment will be entered determining the heirs at law of Deborah Ann Lee in accord with the Petition of Megan Lee Maddox.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you so desire.
