TO: DAMON DILLON: WHO MAY BE A RESIDENT OF THE STATES OF CALIFORNIA, TEXAS, AND MISSISSIPPI WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS UNKNOWN, AND COULD NOT BE ASCERTAINED AFTER DILIGENT SEARCH AND INQUIRY BOTH WITHIN AND WITHOUT THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI.
You have been made a Respondent in the lawsuit filed in this Court by BRITTNEY KIRKSEY named above, as set out in the PETITION TO TERMINATE PARENTAL RIGHTS AND OTHER RELIEF. The Complaint filed against you has initiated a civil action seeking to have a final order entered as fully set out in the Complaint on file in the Chancery Court of Forrest County, Mississippi.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said complaint or petition at 9:00 A.M. on the¬¬¬¬27TH day of July 2020, in the courtroom of the Marion County Courthouse in Columbia Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
You must also file the original of your response with the Clerk of this Court within a reasonable time afterward.
