TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS-AT-LAW AND ANY OTHER PERSONS HAVING ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST AS HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF ORALIA B. HIPP, DECEASED
YOU HAVE BEEN SUMMONED TO APPEAR IN THE ESTATE OPENED IN THIS COURT BY FRANCISCO GARCIA, PETITIONER.
The Petition seeks to have ORALIA GARCIA BARRERA, NORMA ELIA GARCIA BARRERA, CARLOS ONESIMO GARCIA BARRERA, JORGE ENRIQUE GARCIA BARRERA, NELLY AURORA GARCIA BARRERA, JUANA GARCIA BARRERA, GUADALUPE ISELDA HIPP BARRERA, and FRANCISCO GARCIA BARRERA adjudicated as the only heirs-at-law of the deceased, ORALIA B. HIPP, by the Court as fully set out in the Petition on file in the Chancery Court of Lamar County, Mississippi.
You are summoned to appear and plead, answer, demur and defend/contest against the Petition filed in this matter at 9:00 A. M. on the 3rd day of June, 2020, in the courtroom of the Forrest County Chancery Courthouse in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment or order will be entered for the things demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
