Notice is hereby given of the title and of a general summary of the subject matter contained in Ordinance No. 3275, duly adopted and approved by the City Council of the City of Hattiesburg on July 7, 2020. A complete copy of the Ordinance is available for public inspection during normal and regular business hours in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Hattiesburg, 200 Forrest Street, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, 39401.

ORDINANCE NO. 3275
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING
A NON-EXCLUSIVE ELECTRIC FRANCHISE TO MISSISSIPPI POWER COMPANY, ITS SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HATTIESBURG, MISSISSIPPI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HATTIESBURG, MISSISSIPPI:
A general summary of the subject matter of the Ordinance is contained in its title.
This notice constitutes compliance with Sections 13-3-31 and 21-17-19 of the Mississippi Code Annotated (1972) as amended.
The above and foregoing Ordinance, after having been first reduced to writing, was introduced by Councilmember George, seconded by Councilmember Brown and was adopted by the following roll call votes, to wit:
Yeas: George, Delgado, Carroll, Dryden and Brown
Absent: None
Nays: None
