Notice is hereby given of the title and of a general summary of the subject matter contained in Ordinance No. 3274, duly adopted and approved by the City Council of the City of Hattiesburg on May 14, 2020. A complete copy of the Ordinance is available for public inspection during normal and regular business hours in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Hattiesburg, 200 Forrest Street, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, 39401.

ORDINANCE NO. 3274
AN ORDINANCE TEMPORARILY AMENDING THE GEOGRAPHIC AREA AND BOUNDARIES OF THE LEISURE AND RECREATION DISTRICTS WITHIN THE CORPORATE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF HATTIESBURG, MISSISSIPPI; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HATTIESBURG, MISSISSIPPI:
A general summary of the subject matter of the Ordinance is contained in its title.
This notice constitutes compliance with Sections 13-3-31 and 21-17-19 of the Mississippi Code Annotated (1972) as amended.
The above and foregoing Ordinance, after having been first reduced to writing, was introduced by Councilmember George, seconded by Councilmember Brown and was adopted by the following roll call votes, to wit:
Yeas: George, Delgado (via teleconference), Carroll, Dryden (via teleconference) and Brown
Absent: None
Nays: None
WHEREUPON the President declared the motion carried and the Ordinance adopted, this the 14th day of May, 2020.
