SUMMONS TO: ANY ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF LULA MAE COLLUM, WHO ARE NON-RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, WHOSE NAMES AN ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN AND COULD NOT BE ASCERTAINED AFTER DILIGENT SEARCH AND INQUIRY BOTH WITHIN AND WITHOUT THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI.
You have been made Respondents in the lawsuit filed in this Court by Melissa James. The Petition filed against you has initiated a civil action seeking to have Melissa James, James Collum, Sue Gibson, Faye Fairley, Ann Hennis, Roger Colum, Darlene Riggs, Sandra Gunter, and Danny Collum decreed to be the sole and only heirs at law of Lula Mae Collum, deceased, as fully set out in the Petition and Complaint on file in the Chancery Court of Forrest County, Mississippi.
YOU ARE SUMMONED TO APPEAR AND DEFEND AGAINST THE PEITION FILED AGAINST YOU IN THIS ACTION AT 9:00 a.m. ON THE 15TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2020 IN THE COURTROOM OF THE FORREST COUNTY CHANCERY COURTHOUSE, AT HATTIESBUT, MISSISSIPPI; AND, IN THE CASE OF YOUR FAILUIRE TO APPEAR AND DEFEND, A JUDGMENT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THIS PETITION.
