T0: THE UNKNOWN OR KNOWN HEIRS AT LAW AND ALL OTHER PERSON(S) CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, OR INTEREST AS HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF MARCUS TOXIE BURKHALTER, DECEASED, AND THE UNKNOWN OR KNOWN HEIRS OF JOY MAYES BURKHALTER.
YOU HAVE BEEN MADE a Respondent to a Petition filed in this Court by Jerry Burkhalter, Administrator. The Petition is a lawsuit filed against you in a civil action requesting the Court to determine the heirship of Marcus Toxie Burkhalter, Deceased, and for Court authority to sell real property belonging to the Decedent and to determine the heirship of Joy Mayes Burkhalter.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 10th day of August, A.D. 2020, in the Courtroom of the Lamar County Courthouse located at Purvis, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition or the relief sought.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
