You have been made a Respondent in the action filed In this Court by Marlin Goar Executor of the Estate of Itaska Broom, Deceased. Seeking a determination of the heirs-at-law and testamentary beneficiaries of Itaska Broom, Deceased. The Respondents/Heirs other than you are Marlin Goar; Debbie Goar; the Hannah Marie Broom Educational Trust U/A 6/29/2012, Joe Koester, Trustee; and Hanna Marie Broom.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 o’clock a.m. on the 22nd day of September 2020, in the Forrest County Chancery Courthouse in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
