You are hereby summoned and commanded to personally appear before the Chancery Court of Lamar County, Mississippi, meeting in the courtroom of the Lamar County Chancery Court Building in Purvis, Mississippi, on the 31st day of July, 2020, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. to respond to a Petition to Determine Heirs at Law and Approve Settlement, and show cause why the relief sought and prayed for in said petition should not be granted.
