SUMMONS
TO: UNKNOWN PUTATIVE FATHER: WHO IS NOT TO BE FOUND IN THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI ON DILIGENT INQUIRY AND WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS NOTK NOW TO THE PETITIONERS AFTER DILIGENT INQUIRY.
You have been made a Respondent in the suit filed in Lamar County Chancery Court in the matter of the adoption of the minor children – AGM born October 15, 2018 and ERM born October 13, 2018¬– in which the moving parties are seeking to terminate your parental rights as those rights relate to said minors.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said complaint or petition at 9:00 A.M. on the¬¬¬¬ 14th day of September 2020, in the courtroom of the Lamar County Courthouse in Purvis, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
You must also file the original of your response with the Clerk of this Court within a reasonable time afterward.
