PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been filed by P&L Rental LLC, Agustina & Oscar Leal, Owners, to appeal the decision made March 11, 2020, by the Hattiesburg Historic Conservation Commission regarding the request to paint exterior brick at 512 6th Ave.
After hearing the Hattiesburg Historic Conservation Commission’s vote that the request be DENIED, with P&L Rental LLC, Agustina & Oscar Leal, being aggrieved with the decision, filed a request for hearing before the Mayor and City Council of the City of Hattiesburg, as provided by law.
NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS GIVEN that a public hearing in relation to the petition as hereinabove set forth will be held at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 2, 2020, in the Jackie Dole Sherrill Community Center, 220 W. Front Street, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, at which time and at which said hearing all parties of interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard.
