The team from The PineBelt News celebrated 33 victories at the Tri-State Press Convention in Memphis which hosted the 2024 Better Newspaper Media Contest Award Ceremony, presented by Mississippi Press, on Saturday.
The crown jewel of the awards presented this year was Graphic Designer of the Year, awarded to Crystal Gordon. This particular award, presented for the first time this year, was judged against all other weekly and multi-day publications in all divisions in the state.
