The Mississippi Jaycees hosted JCI USA’s Chapter Development Director Neil Fitzgerald, of California, visiting as the keynote speaker for the 2018 Board of Directors Installation Banquet for Petal and Hattiesburg Jaycees. CDD Fitzgerald’s position on the National Executive Committee for JCI USA is to assist in opening new chapters across the nation. Petal Jaycees earned their charter in March 2018, making them the second chapter in Mississippi.
