Officials from the City of Petal Fall Festival have announced country music star Dylan Scott as the headliner for this year’s event.
Scott, a native of Bastrop, Louisiana, is known for his 2013 single “Makin’ This Boy Go Crazy,” which charted for 10 weeks on the Billboard Country Airplay chart and peaked at No. 54 in April 2014. He released his self-titled debut album, Dylan Scott, in August 2016. The album debuted at number five on the Top Country Albums Chart.
Scott has been named one of Spotify’s Spotlight on Country Artists, and AT&T recently added him to its list of “About To Break” artists.
The City of Petal Fall Festival will be held from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Oct. 27 at Hinton Park, behind Petal Civic Center on South Main Street. The event will feature local vendors, along with fun jumps, games and face painting for kids.
