The Petal Area Chamber of Commerce, the Historic Hattiesburg Downtown Association and the ADP will host a Get Your Business Online with Google workshop from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019, at the Hattiesburg Train Depot.
Learn how customers find your business online and how to promote your online presence using a free business listing, search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, and online advertising.
You’ll be introduced to some tools that can help, including Google Analytics and Google Trends.
There will also be best practices discussions for:
• Creating a free Google My Business listing
• Improving your website’s visibility in Google’s organic search results, on all devices
• Advertising your business on Google
