A 32-year-old Hattiesburg man has been arrested in connection with a Sunday Jan. 13 stabbing in the 1200-block of Ida Avenue.
Jeremy Underwood was arrested at the scene and charged with second degree murder after police responded to the scene just before 10 a.m. Sunday and found a deceased male outside a residence.
As the investigation progressed, it was learned that the victim and the suspect knew one another, and were having an ongoing dispute.
