A Petal man has had bond set at a total of $60,000 on three felony drug charges regarding controlled substances.
Twenty-two-year-old Andrew Sellers recently was granted a $20,000 bond on each of his three charges of sale of sales of a controlled substance. At that amount, Sellers would need to pay $6,000 – or 10 percent of the total amount – to be released from jail.
Sellers was taken into custody on June 12 and booked into the Forrest County Correctional Facility after warrants were issued for his arrest on the three charges. He was arrested in a joint operation of the Forrest County Sheriff’s Office, the Hattiesburg Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Agency Task Force.
Sellers was previously listed on the sheriff’s office “Most Wanted” list, but was removed from that lineup after his arrest.
