The Panthers extend their winning streak to four in a row and now improve to 4-1. Petal will close out its non-region schedule by hosting Picayune.
Lumberton 43, Mount Olive 0
The Panthers getting back in the win column as they move to 3-2 and open region play with a victory. Lumberton stays on the road next week to face Enterprise-Lincoln.
Oak Grove 45, Laurel 7
The Warriors snap their two-game losing streak and move to 3-2. Oak Grove will enjoy a bye next week before opening region play against Meridian at home.
Oak Forest Academy 21, Purvis 12
The Tornadoes’ win streak is snapped as they fall to 2-3. Purvis hosts rival FCAHS to open region play next week.
Simpson Academy 19, PCS 17
The Bobcats drop their second straight game as they fall to 3-2. PCS returns home next week to host Bay High.
Seminary 35, FCAHS 28
The Aggies fall to undefeated Seminary as they drop to 2-3. FCAHS will open region play on the road against Purvis.
South Jones, 48 North Forrest 6
The Eagles drop their third straight game and fall to 1-4. North Forrest goes on the road to face Collins to open region play.
