VisitHATTIESBURG is preparing for the city’s fifth annual Restaurant Week, scheduled for Oct. 2 - 8, 2022. Home to nearly 200 locally owned restaurants, Hattiesburg has more local eateries per capita than any other Mississippi town, making it a premier culinary destination.
“Last year was the largest participation for Restaurant Week to date, and we are already seeing a lot of excitement in this fifth year,” Kristen Brock, director of programs and development of VisitHATTIESBURG said. “Hattiesburg Restaurant Week helps to stimulate the local economy and boosts support for Hattiesburg’s award-winning restaurant scene.”
During the week-long event, visitors and residents can indulge at more than 40 of Hattiesburg’s local eateries, with many offering exclusive specials for the week. Now in its fifth year, the week’s theme is once again OctoberFEAST but with a saucy twist! Each participating restaurant has selected a menu item featuring a sauce of choice, including sweet, savory, dippable, and drizzled varieties.

• Benson’s Steakhouse and Taproom – Drunken Filet
• Birdhouse Café – Vegan “Pulled Pork”
• Colludium Brewery – Brewmaster Bratwurst
