Sales & Marketing Professionals will present two $1,000 scholarships, to Hattiesburg High School Senior, A’Nya Seals and USM Graduate Student, Kaela Barnicle, Tuesday, May 9, 11:30 a.m., at William Carey University, Tatum Court Building, third floor.
The Sales and Marketing Professionals’ Rising Star Scholarship is designed to recognize and promote outstanding achievement by students pursuing a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field. It is our intention to invest in those who are the future of our profession.
Applicants for the Rising Star Scholarship were tasked with an essay on why they are interested in or chose their field of study and how they plan to impact the field once employed. In addition, College Rising Star applicants provided a small portfolio of applicable work that has been completed during school.
