The upcoming Right Way to Throw Away Day will take place from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 4.
Residents can properly dispose of household items like cleaners, transmission fluid, bleach and old electronics.
Partnering agencies will work two drop-off sites:
- Bobby L. Chain Municipal Airport (29 Academy Drive, Hattiesburg, MS 39401)
- Lamar County Multi-Purpose Center (99 Central Industrial Row, Purvis, MS 39475)
